CLEVELAND, Ohio- Cleveland police are seeking assistance in locating 14-year-old Tamera Davis, who has been missing since September 22. She was last seen in the 5700 block of Curtiss Court, wearing a red hoodie and blue and white New Balance shoes. Tamera’s disappearance was reported to the third district police.
