A 16-year-old boy was shot and killed Sunday, Jan. 12 in the city’s Slavic Village neighborhood.
The shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. in the area of E. 56th Street and Hoppensack Avenue.
According to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner, the victim has been identified as Elijah Harris, of Cleveland.
EMS rushed the teenager to MetroHealth Medical Center where he died from his injuries later that evening.
