Cleveland teens arrested in connection with 37 car break-ins, shooting incident

Cleveland police arrested three 16-year-old boys late Sunday in connection with a rash of car break-ins and firing gunshots. The group broke into 37 cars in the city’s Ohio City and Detroit Shoreway neighborhoods and used one of the stolen cars to fire an assault rifle in Cleveland’s Glenville neighborhood, police said.
