A Franklin County Court of Common Pleas Judge ruled a Columbus woman accused of killing a 5-year-old boy is incompetent to stand trial at this time. Pammy Maye is charged with murder, child endangering, and kidnapping for the death of Darnell Taylor in February 2024. His body was found in a Columbus storm drain. Maye was the child’s legal guardian.
