WARREN, Ohio-A man and woman, Zackary Woomer, 25, and Adrianna Bellar, 27, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor child endangering charges in Warren Municipal Court and were sentenced to probation. Their charges stemmed from the discovery of a 3-year-old child living in deplorable conditions in their apartment, with police noting bugs, feces on the carpeting, and the child sleeping on a bare mattress. A caseworker later reported that the cleanliness issues in the home had been resolved after multiple visits, and no further problems were identified.
