COLUMBUS, Ohio-A Franklin County judge extended a temporary restraining order on a new law, formerly HB 68, that would prohibit gender-affirming care for minors. The law was initially set to take effect last week but was delayed until April 30 by a court order.
Judge Michael Holbrook scheduled a hearing for May 16, extending the TRO until May 20 at the plaintiffs’ request, despite opposition from the state.
