Danville Superintendent: Levy Would Help Modernize District Facilities

DANVILLE, Ohio-Danville Local Schools is proposing a five-year, three-mill permanent improvement levy for the Nov. 8 election, aiming to fund various improvements including those at Danville High School. The levy would cost the average taxpayer approximately $32 more per year per $100,000 in assessed property value.

Funds would go towards projects such as replacing unit vents and ACs at the high school, auditorium enhancements, and kitchen equipment upgrades. The community has shown positive reactions to the levy, recognizing the importance of maintaining a safe and quality academic environment for students and staff.
