PLAIN, Ohio-After 29 years of service, Kathy Jordan is retiring from her role as Treasurer of Plain Local Schools. Responsible for managing all financial operations of the district, Jordan’s duties encompass payroll, grants, maintenance, and supplies, ensuring the smooth functioning of the district.
Despite the stress that comes with the job, Jordan has found fulfillment in her work and a sense of belonging in the Plain Local community. Looking forward to retirement, Jordan plans to travel with her husband and pursue their shared passion for collecting art. She expresses gratitude to the community, staff, and students of Plain Local as she bids farewell to her role.
