Drier air will start to filter in overnight. A few showers will still be possible across the northeast with partial clearing for the rest of the state. Temperatures will fall into the 30s to near 40. Gusty winds will still be around for Halloween, especially along the lakeshore. Much of the state will be dry with more clouds than sunshine and highs in the 50s. The trick-or-treaters in the northeast will have to battle with some lake-effect rain showers.
