A day care building in east Columbus was damaged after police say a car crashed through it Sunday evening. Officers with the Columbus Division of Police were called to the Holiday Care Center, located at 1343 South Hamilton Rd., just before 7 p.m. on a report of a car into a structure. An officer at the scene said the driver of the vehicle did not stay at the scene following the crash.
