An elementary school student’s alleged hoax gun threat prompted a lockdown on Tuesday afternoon, according to a district spokesperson. A spokesperson for Springfield Local Schools confirmed that Tuesday’s lockdown at Holloway Elementary School started after a student who was inside the building at the time placed a call to 911, making a hoax gun threat.
