ELYRIA, Ohio-Two children, aged 5 and 12, were found walking on the Ohio Turnpike and are safe. Their mother, Ashley Mullar, reported them missing after being alerted by another child around 11:30 a.m. Police discovered the boys had left while she was asleep and her fiancé was at work. The Ohio State Highway Patrol found the children near mile marker 144 around 11 a.m., an hour before they were reported missing. One child is now with their father, while the other is in the custody of Lorain County Children Services. Mullar is facing criminal charges in connection with the incident.
