EUCLID, Ohio (WOIO) – Euclid police are asking for the public’s help in finding an 18-year-old Euclid girl who has been missing since April 6. According to police, Alexia Tobias, who has developmental disabilities, left her home without permission and has not returned. She is know to visit friends in the area and hang out at Euclid Library.
