LANCASTER, Ohio-Gary Lee Skinner Jr., a man from Lancaster, Ohio, has been arrested for attempting to meet and impregnate an 11-year-old girl. The arrest came after an operation by the nonprofit organization Bikers Against Predators, which uses decoy underage Facebook accounts to identify potential predators. Skinner allegedly contacted a decoy account and arranged to meet at a gas station. The group followed Skinner home, live-streaming the interaction on Facebook. They then provided documentation to the Lancaster Police. During police questioning, Skinner denied initiating contact but admitted to knowing the decoy was supposed to be 11 years old. He also confirmed his intent to impregnate the supposed child. Skinner was arrested and taken to Fairfield County jail. His first court appearance is scheduled for Thursday, September 19.
