The family of Jazmir Tucker, the 15-year-old who was shot and killed last Thanksgiving by an officer with the Akron Police Department, will announce Tuesday that they have filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the city of Akron, Mayor Shammas Malik, Akron Police Chief Brian Harding, Officer Davon Fields and numerous other police officers and parties.
