Five people, including two minors, have been arrested in connection with a shooting early Saturday morning at the Lett Terrace housing complex, according to the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office.
Trevon Watts, 26, Kaeden Levi Borders, 18, Cody Creed Milum, 19, all of Portsmouth, and two juveniles face multiple charges after authorities responded to reports of gunfire shortly before 4 a.m.
