CLEVELAND, Ohio-Cleveland police have reported that a 3-month-old infant, Chyla Smiley, who was allegedly abducted on Thursday evening, has been found safe. An Amber Alert was issued after she was taken from a home on Mannering Road around 5:30 p.m. The suspect, identified as 28-year-old Jackeel Kemorian La Priest Taylor, is believed to be her father. Authorities had suspected the vehicle might be headed to an address on East 93rd Street via Hough Avenue.
