Parma schools could once again ask voters to fund a new operating levy, after the previous three attempts dating back to 2017 have failed. The school board is set at its Thursday meeting to introduce an ordinance that would place on November’s ballot a 10-year levy that would raise $23 million annually from property owners in the district.
