FREMONT, Ohio-Justin M. Mann, a 30-year-old Fremont resident, has been indicted on multiple felony sex charges for allegedly downloading and possessing child pornography. The indictment, handed down by a Sandusky County grand jury, includes eight counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and four counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, all second-degree felonies. The alleged offenses occurred around August 2, 2023, involving a video and other materials depicting sexual content with minors. The investigation began on June 28, 2023, following a cyber tip from the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which led to Mann’s residence through a subpoena to Spectrum.
