AKRON, Ohio-Seven-year-old Jayden Rosenal was struck by a driver while playing in Akron’s Kenmore area, leaving him unconscious and with severe injuries including brain bleeding and a skull fracture. His brother Jordan, 9, witnessed the accident and rushed to his aid. After paramedics rushed Jayden to the hospital, he began showing signs of improvement and is expected to make a full recovery.
His family set up a GoFundMe to support them during his recovery, as his mother quit her job to care for him. Jordan emphasizes the importance of drivers being cautious around children and urges them to slow down. A 59-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident, though details about his charges were not disclosed by the police.
