BURTON, Ohio-The Geauga County Retired Teachers Association will hold a Summer Potluck Get-Together on August 6 at 11:15 a.m. at the Bond Activity Center in Burton. Attendees are encouraged to bring a dish to share and their own table service and beverage. Pulled pork sandwiches will be provided by Pat and Eileen Cataldo. The event will feature Education Grant winners discussing their classroom projects funded by the association. A 50/50 raffle will follow. RSVP by August 1 to Jean Paine or Cheryl Sekura. Guests, including retired or working teachers and school personnel, are welcome. Attendees are also asked to bring paper products, canned goods for local food banks, and school supplies or donations for the annual JFS “Help Me Learn Day.”
