Fallen Lorain Officer Phillip Wagner’s influence is spreading all the way to Georgia. Andrew Collinson is a freshman at Gainesville High School in Gainesville, Georgia. Collinson runs for a non-profit called “Running 4 Heroes.” The non-profit honors fallen first responders. On Friday, Collinson ran a mile in honor of Officer Wagner.
