EUCLID, Ohio-The Euclid Police Department is searching for 16-year-old runaway Carlos M. Del Valle Gonzalez. He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 175 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. Carlos has previously run away and recently may have taken a train out of state, possibly headed towards Florida. He also has family in Puerto Rico.
