HICKVILLE, Ohio-Kindergarten students in Hicksville celebrated the letters Q and U by holding a wedding ceremony and reception as part of their End of Year Reverse Alphabet Countdown.
The event was organized by teachers Destiny Hall, Missy Lee, Bri Culler, and Sandi Brown, in collaboration with the Nye family from the Barn On Nye Manor Wedding Venue. The ceremony emphasized the phonetic connection between the letters Q and U with the motto, “What phonics has joined together, let no letter divide!”
