A Howland man, on Wednesday, pleaded guilty to a bill of information charging him with 18 criminal counts dealing with child pornography, according to the Trumbull County Prosecutor’s office. Officials said Jeffrey P. Barton, 37, of Englewood Street NE, pleaded guilty to nine counts of pandering sex-oriented material involving a minor; eight counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance and one misdemeanor count of dissemination of private sexual images.
