LIMA, Ohio-Lima City Schools’ Homecoming Parade, now in its second year, is gaining popularity among students. Hundreds participated, showcasing Spartan pride as they marched downtown to Lima Senior. Athletes, club members, and even preschoolers joined in, while the high school marching band and cheerleaders performed. Staff noted that students create lasting memories and build school pride through the event. Tiffany Daniel, an athletic assistant, highlighted the joy students felt interacting with the community and receiving recognition. This year’s excitement is heightened as Lima Senior Football heads into their game against Toledo Rogers with an unbeaten 6-0 record.
