A 28-year-old man was arraigned Friday morning on nearly two dozen charges related to child pornography, according to court records.
Troy Nemeth, 28, was pleaded not guilty in the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court for 21 charges including illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and possessing criminal tools.
