CLEVELAND, Ohio-An 11-month-old infant is in critical condition after a car accident occurred at East 82nd and St. Clair Avenue in Cleveland’s East side around 9:30 p.m. The child was rushed to Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital by Cleveland EMS. Authorities have deployed the Accident Investigation Unit to the scene to investigate the incident further.
