The man accused of fatally shooting a 12-year-old in his stolen car is held on $3 million bond. Darius McGrew is charged with the murder of Nehemiah McMillon in Winton Hills. Nehemiah was in McGrew’s stolen car late Sunday night, according to police. A 13-year-old boy in the car with Nehemiah was also shot, according to assistant prosecutor David Hickenlooper. No word on his condition.
