GOSHEN, Ohio-A juvenile driver died and two others were hospitalized following a crash on Ohio 28 in Clermont County. The collision, involving a pickup truck and an SUV, occurred at 9:09 p.m. Saturday near Rose Lane. The juvenile, who was driving the SUV and not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene. The SUV crossed the centerline and hit the oncoming pickup truck. The 27-year-old driver and 40-year-old passenger of the pickup, both wearing seatbelts, sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Ohio 28 was closed overnight for crash reconstruction, and the incident is under investigation.
