LANSTER, Ohio-Alexander James Sherrick, a Lancaster man, has been indicted by a Fairfield County grand jury on 11 sexually-related counts involving a minor. The charges include a first-degree count of rape against a child under 13, as well as four second-degree felony charges, a third-degree felony, a fifth-degree felony, a fourth-degree felony, two fifth-degree felonies, and a first-degree misdemeanor.
The charges involve illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, attempted illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, voyeurism, and attempted voyeurism.
