A local school superintendent was arrested after police say she was driving a golf cart while impaired when she was involved in a crash, police reports show. Fayette Schools Superintendent Angela Belcher was allegedly driving a golf cart with the headlights off while impaired when a truck hit the golf cart near the Napoleon Police Department, police reports said.
