April 13th, 2024-GETTYSBURG, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine honored the state’s 2024 Teachers of the Year, including Judy Brown from National Trail Local Schools in Preble County. Brown, a math teacher at National Trail High School since 2015, was among 11 teachers recognized at the State of the State address.
