COLUMBUS, Ohio-Kenneth Deer, previously charged in the drowning deaths of a 4-year-old and 2-year-old in 2021, has been arrested in Ohio and is currently held at Franklin County Jail. He was apprehended in Oklahoma on Friday on charges of involuntary manslaughter and endangering children. The incident occurred in June 2021 when emergency responders found the children unresponsive in a pool; both later passed away. Kenneth Deer and Patricia Davis were both implicated in the case.
