A Columbus man charged with the rape of a young girl in the Village of Marble Cliff was arrested on Thursday. According to Franklin County Municipal Court documents, a mother called the Grandview Heights Division of Police in July to report she saw her ex-boyfriend Alan Lichti perform a sexual act on her daughter. The alleged act happened in June.
