A man who was convicted in connection to a drive-by shooting at a local high school that left two people injured was sentenced on Thursday.
According to court records, Terrence Frazier, 18, of Toledo appeared in court where Judge Ken Walz sentenced him to serve eight to 12 years in prison.
The drive-by shooting happened on July 27 at Waite High School. Police say Frazier was a passenger in a moving vehicle when he fired six rounds at a group of five people. The shots hit two people in the group.
On Aug. 21, Frazier initially pled not guilty to five counts of Felonious Assault, Discharge of a Firearm on or Near Prohibited Premises, Improperly Discharging a Firearm at/into a School and Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle.
