CINCINNATI, Ohio-Kelly Richards, a 43-year-old Cincinnati man, has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for sexually exploiting and trafficking two underage victims. Richards was found guilty on five counts after a six-day trial. According to U.S. Attorney Kenneth L. Parker, Richards drugged, raped, abused, photographed, and sold the two teenage girls. He held them captive for days in his one-bedroom apartment, where he gave them cocaine and forced them to perform sexual acts with other men in exchange for money that Richards kept.
