A Marion councilmember has been indicted for a second time on charges that he raped a 13-year-old girl. Ayers Ratliff faces charges of rape and abduction and three counts of gross sexual imposition. He was first charged in the case in May 2024. The teen says she was raped at Ratliff’s home.
