When Ananya Sharma, a recent graduate from Our Lady of the Elms High School, was in elementary school at St. Anthony’s of Padua, her principal came into her class to look for anyone who could speak Nepali. Sharma, who was born in Nepal and still spoke the language with her family, raised her hand.
