MIDDLETOWN, Ohio-Tiffany Morningstar, a 22-year-old woman from Middletown, has been designated as a Tier II sex offender and sentenced to prison for her involvement in sexual videos featuring a toddler. Along with 31-year-old Daveion Wright, she was indicted on multiple child pornography charges in March after an investigation by Middletown police. Morningstar faces seven counts of complicity to pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and two counts of child endangering.
