UPDATE: Toledo police say the missing teenager has been located. Toledo police are looking for a missing 13-year-old boy. According to TPD, Tyronne Hoskins is missing from Rockingham Street. He is 5-foot-3, 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
