A missing 24-year-old woman was arrested after she and her 4-month-old son were found at a Dayton apartment Tuesday afternoon.
Dayton police were looking for Tiara Bines and her infant after her family requested a wellness check Monday night. It wasn’t clear what prompted the wellness check.
Maj. Brian Johns said Bines has a history of mental health issues and police were concerned for her and her son’s safety.
