COLUMBUS, Ohio-Nationwide Children’s Hospital received a historic $100 million commitment from the Nationwide Foundation to launch the Empower the Possible campaign. The funds will support various initiatives, including treatment and research, expanding behavioral health services, addressing social determinants of health, and advancing personalized medicine.
With $30 million already received, the campaign’s total now stands at $270 million, surpassing halfway towards its $500 million goal. CEO Tim Robinson expressed gratitude for the foundation’s longstanding support and described the announcement as inspiring for the hospital’s strategic plan.
