FAIRBORN, Ohio-Fairborn school district is nearing completion of its new high school, expected to finish by the end of the month. The $95 million project, over 90% complete, is situated on Commerce Center Boulevard near Interstate 675.
The substantial completion date is May 31, with staff starting on August 15 and classes beginning on August 23. The facility boasts extensive amenities, including classrooms, a performing arts center, an arena, and an auxiliary gym. Originally estimated at $70 million, the project’s cost increased due to inflation, but plans for athletic facilities were reinstated after a bond issue approval.
