Northeast Ohio Monday weather forecast: Windy, cool, damp

There isn’t much positive in the Monday weather forecast for Northeast Ohio. The National Weather Service is predicting increasingly cloudy skies with a 30% chance of showers after 4 p.m. High temperatures will stay in the mid-40s. Winds will be steady at 18-22 mph but gusts could approach 40 mph. Temperatures will fall to the low 30s overnight, creating chances of rain and snow showers. Wind gusts still could exceed 30 mph.
