COLUMBUS, Ohio- A magical cruise vacation had a dark ending after a Columbus, Ohio man was arrested while disembarking from a Disney Cruise in Florida with child sex abuse material.
Ferguson was indicted in Franklin County, Ohio, in 2021 with two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. It is reported that between July and September 2021, court records say Ferguson engaged in sexual conduct with a juvenile between the ages of 13 and 16 years old.
