A man was sentenced to 15 years in prison for his role in the rape of two children, according to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost’s office. Paul Sebring, of Marietta, pleaded guilty on June 17 to one count of rape, two counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of obstructing official business.
