DAYTON, Ohio-A Dayton woman, Haley Marie Ryan, 21, has been arrested after a video showing her yelling at and hitting her child went viral on social media. She faces charges of endangering children. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with the Dayton Police Department, investigated and took her into custody. The child is now under the care of Children’s Services and is reported to be safe. The Sheriff’s Office is urging the public to report any such incidents they witness. Formal charges are still pending as the investigation continues.
