GREENE, Ohio-Rabyah Muballigh, 26, was sentenced to 7 to 10.5 years at the Ohio Reformatory for Women after being convicted of felony assault and child endangerment. She had previously pleaded no contest to the charges. Police had found her 3-year-old daughter in a severely neglected condition on January 8, weighing only 16 pounds and covered in bed bug bites. Muballigh received credit for nearly six months of jail time served.
