Ohio Republicans praised President Donald Trump’s executive order to dismantle the U.S. Department of Education. Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine joined other Republican governors in attending Trump’s signing of the executive order Thursday afternoon at the White House. The executive order does not automatically close the department since eliminating a federal agency requires congressional approval.
